How long before my equipment can be installed?
We will schedule your install within 24 hours of your request.
Will I need a car kit? We will help
find you one and its accessories.
Up-grading phone? We will remove the
old one and put in the new one in.
Will the installer have to dismantle my car?
Will he have to drill holes in my car? No visible holes are ever drilled to
install the Cellport with Pro-Fit VSM series mounts. Your installation
professional will be removing and re-installing some of your car’s trim
pieces in order to install the mount and wiring. There should be no evidence
of this after installation is complete and no evidence if you should ever
have Cellport removed from your vehicle or transferred to your next vehicle.

Is the system hard wired into the car or does it
plug into the cigarette lighter? The system does not use the
cigarette lighter. It is connected to your car’s power terminals and is able
to turn your phone on and off as needed based on the car ignition status.
How long will the installation take?
Can it be done at my home or office or do I have to deliver my car to the
installer's place of business? Installation takes about 1.5 hours. We do our
best to provide mobile installation at your office or home. Depending on
location, some installations may need to be done at a nearby shop.
How is the antenna mounted? Do they
drill a hole in the glass or metal? The antenna consists of inner and outer
parts that are glued to the glass of a window. No holes are made and the
antenna can be removed later, if needed.
Can you install anywhere? We cover
Georgia and the South East states.
